What affects the cost
- What you hire. A single booth, a combination, or a full set-up with decor and favours.
- Hire length. How long the booth or display is with you on the day.
- Venue and travel. Location within London and access for delivery and setup.
- Customisation. Print templates, magazine covers, overlays, signage and branding.
- Date. Saturdays, wedding season and December are in highest demand.
Your quote lists what's included, so you can compare it properly.
The £50 deposit
Once availability and your quote are agreed, a £50 deposit secures your date. This is the booking deposit, not the full hire price.
How booking works

- Receive your quoteWe confirm availability and recommend a set-up.
- Pay the depositOnce you’ve agreed your quote, £50 secures your date.
- Plan the detailsPrint templates, covers, signage and timings.
- Event dayWe deliver and set up, provide an attendant where included, and arrange pack-down or collection.
Book early for busy dates
Saturdays, wedding season and December can book several months ahead. Booking early also leaves time to design your print template, magazine cover or signage.
Where we work
We cover Central, North, South, East and West London. If your venue is further out, ask us and we'll confirm availability and any travel allowance.
